Using Method:

- Open the milk bag by gently tearing off the seal at the top and pulling the zipper seal apart.

- Write down your name, date, time and capacity on the bag and then put it in the refrigerator or freeze it for storage.

- When breast milk is thawed, pour the milk in to bottles by using the spout area.

- After pour it into the bottle, use bottle warmer to warm the breast milk. (DO NOT heating breast milk storage bags directly).

** Do not keep the breastmilk at the refrigerator door and freezer because the changes of the temperature from opening and closing the door may affect the quality of milk.
